The RBL Workshops were first held in 2012 during the Romanian Business Leaders Summit as a solution to one of the problems uncovered by the EU statistic which state that the number of romanian entrepreneurs is less than the european average. The reason invoked by the majority was that they fear to start a business of their own because they lack knowledge and self-confidence. To address this issue, RBL developed this framework of workshops in order to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and competences among the business owners. The workshops are held every other Saturday, based on a 7 business themes curricula and they are adapted to the stage of the participant’s companies: Start-up or Scale-up.
The evening format of the workshops gather the entire community to share personal business experiences on specific topics.
